Supercars & Coffee (Fox Collection Classic Car Museum) - Best Vehicle Award 2026

Promoter: CP Services Victoria Ltd ABN 16 657 005 439 as trustee for Victorian CP Services Trust ABN 72 128 511 730, trading as Custom Plates of Level 24, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (Promoter).

1. Competition and Promoter

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the Supercars & Coffee (Fox Collection Classic Car Museum) - Best Vehicle Award (Promotion). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The Promotion is a game of skill. The winner will be selected by a judging panel based on the judging criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. Chance plays no part in selecting the winner.

1.3 The Promotion is conducted and administered by the Promoter and VicRoads (as defined below).

2. Who may enter?

2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over who are registered vehicle exhibitors at the Supercars & Coffee event held at Fox Collection Classic Car Museum on 13 September 2026 (Event) and satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• employees of the Promoter, Fox Collection Classic Car Museum (Fox Cars) or of R&L Services Victoria Pty Ltd as trustee for the Victorian R&L Services Trust (VicRoads);

• VicRoads', Fox Cars' or the Promoter's directors, officers, contractors, consultants, labour-hire workers, business partners and their immediate families; or

• any person directly involved in the conduct of the Promotion or judging process.

2.3 The Promoter may verify an entrant's eligibility, identity, age, vehicle exhibitor registration and entry details at any time. The Promoter may disqualify an entrant if the entrant does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions or provides false, misleading, incomplete or inaccurate information.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion commences from the date of publication of these Terms and Conditions and closes at 10.30 am AEST on 13 September 2026, unless a different time is nominated by the Promoter and notified in the event materials (Promotion Period).

3.2 Entries will only be accepted during the Promotion Period or any applicable pre-registration period. Late, incomplete, duplicate, invalid, corrupted, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries will not be accepted.

3.4 The Promoter does not intend to extend the Promotion Period. However, the Promoter may amend, suspend, cancel or withdraw the Promotion where required because of technical, legal, operational or other unforeseen circumstances, subject to any applicable law and internal approvals.

4. How to enter

4.1 To enter, an eligible entrant must be a registered vehicle exhibitor at the Event, provide the required contact details, present their vehicle for judging during the Event (in accordance with clause 6.2 below), and provide express consent to receive RMS/Sales Relationship Manager communications.

4.2 Entrants must provide the information reasonably required to administer the Promotion, including name, email address, phone number, vehicle details and any other information included in the entry form.

4.3 Entry is free. Entrants are responsible for any ordinary internet access, mobile data, vehicle transport, event attendance or other incidental costs associated with entering the Promotion.

5. Disqualification of entries

5.1 The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, duplicate, invalid, misleading, fraudulent, submitted outside the Promotion Period, or not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with, interferes with or benefits from tampering with the entry process, the judging process or the conduct of the Promotion.

5.3 The Promoter's failure to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. Judging and selection of winner

6.1 The winner will be selected by a judging panel consisting of:

(i) two panel members from the Promoter; and

(ii) one panel member from the Fox Collection Classic Car Museum.

6.2 Entrants must display their vehicles at the Event between 9.30 am and 10.30 am on 13 September 2026.

6.3 Vehicles will be assessed against the judging criteria set out in the Annexure to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may publish more detailed judging criteria in the event materials or entry form.

6.4 The winner will be the eligible entrant whose vehicle receives the highest score or is otherwise determined by the judging panel to best satisfy the judging criteria.

6.5 The judging panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.

7. Winner notification and verification

7.1 The winner may be announced at the Event at approximately 11.30 am. If the winner is not present to accept the Prize in person, the winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the details provided in the entry form.

7.2 The winner will be notified within 5 business days after judging is completed if not notified at the Event.

7.3 The Promoter may make up to 3 notification attempts. The winner must respond to the winner notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility, identity and delivery details within 3 months after the notification date, unless a shorter period is specified in the notification.

7.4 A winner must provide identification and any proof of age, residence, vehicle exhibitor registration or eligibility reasonably requested by the Promoter before the Prize is awarded.

8. Unclaimed prize and replacement winner

8.1 If the Prize is unclaimed, cannot be awarded, the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, refuses the Prize, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may award the Prize to the next highest ranked valid entry or conduct a further judging process from remaining valid entries.

8.2 A replacement winner will be notified in writing by email and/or phone. Clauses 7 and 8 apply to any replacement winner as if they were the original winner.

8.3 No compensation is payable to any entrant or winner where the Prize is forfeited, unclaimed or awarded to a replacement winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9. The Prize

9.1 There is one prize. The prize is one Custom Plates gift voucher valued at AU$645 (Prize).

9.2 The Prize is subject to the applicable Custom Plates Gift Voucher terms and conditions, including any expiry date, redemption conditions and restrictions notified to the winner.

9.3 No part of the Prize is transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Prize must be accepted as offered.

9.4 Any costs beyond the voucher value, including taxes, fees, delivery costs, activation costs or incidental costs, are the responsibility of the winner unless the Promoter expressly states otherwise.

9.5 If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law.

 

10. Receiving the Prize

10.1 The Prize will be given on the day or, if the winner is not present, will be sent via express post within 14 days to the address given by the winner as part of entering this competition.

10.2 The Promoter takes no responsibility for a winner failing to receive the Prize because of the winner's error, omission, failure to provide accurate contact details, technical issue outside the Promoter's reasonable control, alteration, tampering, theft or destruction after the Prize has been delivered.

10.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize after it is provided to the winner, except to the extent required by law.

11. Publication of winner

11.1 Winner publication is not intended unless legally required or required for event administration.

11.2 If the winner is announced on stage or otherwise identified at the Event, entrants acknowledge that their name and/or vehicle may be disclosed to Event attendees as part of the award presentation.

11.3 If winner publication is required by law or approved by the Promoter, entrants consent to the Promoter publishing the winner's name and any other required details for the period required by law or notified in the entry materials.

12. Collection and use of personal information

12.1 By entering the Promotion and submitting the entry form, each entrant agrees to the Promoter collecting, using and handling their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, conducting the draw, notifying and verifying the winner, delivering the Prize, responding to enquiries and complaints, maintaining the Custom Plates marketing database, receiving communications from the RMS/Sales Relationship Manager and complying with law.

12.2 The personal information collected may include the entrant's name, email address, phone number and any additional information included in the entry form.

12.3 To enter the Promotion, entrants must provide their personal information and agree to receive Custom Plates marketing communications. If an entrant does not provide the requested information or does not agree to receive those communications, the Promoter may be unable to process the entry and the entrant will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

12.4 The Promoter may disclose personal information to contractors and service providers engaged to assist with administering the Promotion, maintaining the marketing database, conducting the draw, delivering the Prize, or as otherwise required or authorised by law.

12.5 Entrants may withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility included in communications or by contacting the Promoter.

12.6 The Promoter's privacy policy applies to the collection and handling of personal information. Privacy enquiries, access requests, correction requests and complaints may be directed to the VicRoads Privacy Team at [email protected].

13. Technical issues and conduct of the Promotion

13.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical error, platform outage, communication failure, lost entry, delayed entry, corrupted data, unauthorised access or other issue outside its reasonable control that affects entry, judging or Prize delivery.

13.2 If the Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to technical, legal, operational or other causes beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to any applicable law, amend, suspend, cancel or withdraw the Promotion, or take any other action that is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.

13.3 The Promotion must be conducted in a manner that is not offensive and is not contrary to the public interest.

14. Liability and consumer guarantees

14.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, remedies, guarantees or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Prize except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence, breach of law or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

14.3 Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Promotion does not breach any law, policy or obligation that applies to them.

15. Complaints and contact

15.1 Entrants may submit questions, disputes or complaints about the Promotion to the following email address: [email protected].

15.2 The Promoter will handle complaints in accordance with the applicable VicRoads customer complaints process.

16. Governing law

16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Criteria Descriptions

Vehicle Presentation & Cleanliness (25 Points)

Assesses the overall condition and presentation of the vehicle, including exterior and interior cleanliness, attention to detail, maintenance, and pride of ownership.

Overall Visual Impact (25 Points)

Recognises vehicles that make a strong first impression through styling, aesthetics, presence, and overall visual appeal.

Uniqueness & Rarity (15 Points)

Considers the rarity of the vehicle, unique specifications and any distinctive features that set it apart.

Suitability to Event Theme (15 Points)

Assesses how well the vehicle aligns with the Fox Supercar & Coffee event, including performance, prestige, luxury, supercar, sports car, or enthusiast appeal.

Crowd Appeal (20 Points)

Recognises vehicles that generate strong interest and engagement from attendees throughout the event.

Bonus: Victorian Custom Plates (+20 Points)

Vehicles displaying current Victorian Custom Plates at the time of judging will receive an additional 20 bonus points in recognition of their support for the Victorian Custom Plates community. This bonus applies regardless of the plate style or value.

Maximum Possible Score: 120 Points.
