CP Services Victoria Pty Ltd ABN 16 657 005 439 as trustee for the Victorian CP Services Trust ABN 72 128 511 730 (CP Services Victoria) is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected, handled, stored or disclosed about you through our services shall be managed in accordance with the principles of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What information we are collecting
The information you give us by accepting a subscription will include your personal information, being your first name, surname, email address and telephone number.
Why we are collecting your information
We collect and use your personal information to:
- add your personal details to the Custom Plates mailing list in the event you’ve opted-in to join the Custom Plates mailing list and received marketing communications by Custom Plates.
- We may also collect and/or use your information if we are required to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, if we are authorised to do so by law, or to comply with the law.
Anonymity
We respect your choice to remain anonymous, and you may interact with us anonymously where it is lawful and practicable for you to do so. However, sometimes, it may not be possible for us to provide information, deal with a complaint or perform other functions unless we can identify you.
Who we share your information with
Your information may be shared with our employees and others who need access to it as part of their duties for the reasons set out above, or otherwise where permitted by law.
We use Swift Digital which is based in Australia to send email updates to customers who have signed up for them. We only provide Swift Digital with email and name data, to enable it to customise emails. Swift Digital’s privacy policy. If you agree to join the Custom Plates list and opt-in to receive marketing communications, you are consenting to the use of Swift Digital which maintains and stores your personal information to servers in Australia.
