R&L Services Victoria Pty Ltd (ABN 657 005 493) as trustee for the Victorian R&L Services Trust (ABN 96 342 123 072) (R&L Services Victoria) is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act. This notice explains how we handle the personal information we receive about you when you engage with us to enter the 2024 VicRoads AADA Convention Competition (‘the Competition’).

When you enter the Competition, we collect your first name, surname, email address and telephone number and company name. We require this information to determine your eligibility to enter the competition and to conduct a random draw of all eligible competition entrants of the competition. Should you be the winner of the competition prize, we will use your personal information to contact you and to deliver the prize to you.

If you opt in to the VicRoads commercial contact list, your personal information will also be added to the VicRoads commercial contact list for direct marketing purposes. From time to time, we may contact you about VicRoads and Custom Plates products.
